How it works
- Drop the raw files. WAV or MP3 straight from your recorder, even 6–8 hours. Several files are joined in order. If you recorded the board and a room mic, pick which one to use.
- SplitTrack finds the songs. It listens for music vs. talking and for where one song ends and the next begins, and starts every track where the music starts.
- Fine-tune. Drag a cut, listen, rename, merge or split, set fades, or just type what you want changed.
- Export. Every track as an MP3 (320 kbps) named like 01-First Dance 1.mp3, with title, album, artist and your cover art.
Works best in Chrome, Edge or Safari on a laptop or desktop. Everything runs on your computer, so a long recording takes a minute or two to scan.
